Mariam’s Brew has been carefully curated using research, calculations, testing different variables, experimentation, and tons of taste-testing with family, friends, and coworkers. Mariam has created the best cold brew experience. (Yes, you read that correctly — calculations, setting different variables, and experimentation design. At least her engineering degree has been put to good use.)

What started as a passion for creating better coffee at home has grown into a business centered around quality, simplicity, and real ingredients. As an engineer by trade, I naturally love experimenting, refining recipes, and finding the perfect balance of flavor. Every syrup and cold brew is handcrafted in small batches using thoughtfully sourced ingredients and made to order for the freshest experience possible.
Since relocating to South Carolina, Mariam's Brew has entered a new chapter. While the location has changed, the mission remains the same: to create coffee products that bring people together and elevate everyday moments.

During the early days, my sisters, Fatima and Sarah, spent countless hours taste-testing recipes, sharing honest feedback, helping at pop-up events, and cheering me on as I turned an idea into a business. Their encouragement and willingness to jump in whenever I needed them helped lay the foundation for Mariam's Brew.
As life has taken us in different directions—including my move to South Carolina—they've stepped back from the day-to-day operations, but they'll always be part of the story that helped bring Mariam's Brew to life. ❤️
