What makes Mariam’s Brew “The Better Brew”?

Our products are made with real, unprocessed ingredients—no artificial flavors or unnecessary additives.

Our cold brew isn't your typical cold brew. Traditional cold brew can sometimes mute the bright, complex flavors of coffee. We created a blend of traditional cold brew and pour-over iced coffee to give you the best of both worlds: the smoothness of cold brew with the vibrant flavor and aroma of freshly brewed coffee.

For the best experience, keep all products refrigerated. This helps maintain freshness and ensures you enjoy every sip at its best.

What is your recommended serving size?

We recommend using 2 tablespoons (approximately 4 pumps of syrup) per serving. However, everyone's taste is different! We suggest starting with 1–2 pumps and adjusting to your preference.

• Lavender Syrup: A little goes a long way. Start with 1 pump and add more if desired.

• Fruit Syrups: Have a more subtle flavor profile, so you may prefer using a few extra pumps depending on your beverage.

Are your products gluten-free, halal, kosher, vegan, or organic?

Our products are made with real, unprocessed ingredients. Although we do not use animal or gluten products/bi-products in our syrups or cold brew, we are not certified as a halal, kosher, vegan, or gluten-free facility. While our products are not fully organic, some ingredients are organic, as indicated in the ingredient lists of each product.

Order Schedule/Frequency

For South Carolina Residents: Our products are made-to-order, meaning they are made fresh and shipped or delivered within a week of being made. Orders placed by 11:59 PM EST on Thursday will be ready for pickup, delivery, or shipment on or before the following Wednesday.

For Out-of-State Residents:

• Due to South Carolina interstate commerce regulations, out-of-state orders are produced twice per month on the first and third Saturday of each month.

• Orders received by the applicable production cutoff (11:59 PM EST on the Thursday before a production Saturday) will be freshly made during that production run and shipped on or before the following Wednesday.
  If your order is placed after a production cutoff, it will be included in the next scheduled production run.

Shipping, Handling, and Local Pickup

Currently, only our syrups and 16 ounce cold brews are available for shipment within the U.S. Both our syrups and cold brew are available for local delivery in certain areas around Charleston, SC. (check your zip code at checkout).

If we are hosting a pop-up shop, a pickup option will be available for both syrups and cold brews. The location and date of the pop-up shop will be added to our products page and under the pickup option during checkout.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted. However, since we want to make sure you have the best experience, contact us using our “Contact Us” page if there are any issues with your order. Please include your order number in the subject or message.
